A short list.
Each one finished.
We keep the menu narrow on purpose. Four ways to work together, each priced by the project and invoiced when it's delivered — so the number is settled before the first post ships.
What we offer,
and what it costs
Every engagement is written to fit the brand in front of us. These are the starting shapes and their entry prices — tell us where the feed is and we'll return a fixed number.
Not sure which one fits? That's what the call is for.
Talk it throughThe parts we
never bill extra for
A single steady voice
Your account isn't passed around a pool of schedulers. The same hands write, shape and post — so the feed reads as one person who knows the brand.
A fixed, written scope
Deliverables and price are settled and signed before anything begins. No open-ended hours, no creeping bill, no surprise line at the close.
A clean handover
Files, captions, the calendar and the system behind it — all handed back at the end. No lock-in, no dependency built in by design.
Small additions,
when a project asks for them
Priced individually and folded into your scope, so the fixed number stays fixed. Add these to any engagement above.
Second platform
The same season, adapted and scheduled for one more channel.
Shoot day
A half-day of art-directed stills, edited and ready for the grid.
Voice & look guide
A standalone written system — tone, palette, captions — for your team to run.
Quarterly read-out
A plain-language review of what moved and what to do next — no vanity charts.
The honest answers
Why project-based instead of a monthly retainer?
Because a retainer quietly asks you to keep paying whether the work is landing or not. We prefer a clear finish line: an agreed scope, a fixed number, and an invoice only once it's delivered and signed off. When the project's done, you're free — and welcome back for the next one.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to your existing feed and archive, a sense of where the brand is heading, and one person on your side who can approve the plan. We handle the rest — the calendar, the writing, the scheduling, the tending.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
The revisions we agree to are written into the scope, which means they're already inside the number. You're paying for the finished work, not a meter — so a considered round of changes is expected, not extra.
Do you run paid advertising?
Our work is organic — the feed itself, made to be felt rather than boosted. If a campaign genuinely needs paid support, we'll say so up front and point you to a media partner we trust, rather than pad the invoice with something outside our craft.
Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram is home ground, with Pinterest and LinkedIn where the brand calls for them. Every project centres on one primary platform done properly; a second can be added à la carte rather than spreading the work thin across five.
When exactly is the invoice sent?
On completion. The Refresh and Campaign are invoiced when the work is handed over and signed off; the Season is billed per quarter at delivery. Nothing is charged before we've agreed the scope in writing.
